Terms of Credit

READ CAREFULLY- In exchange for Charlie’s Plumbing / Draft Horse, (hereinafter referred to as “Charlie’s / Draft Horse”) extending credit, the person signing below as an authorized agent for applicant (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) agrees with Charlie’s / Draft Horse to the following:

• Payment for services rendered during any month becomes due and payable thirty (30) days from invoice (service) date.
• Client assumes full financial responsibility for all services rendered by Charlie’s / Draft Horse. Client agrees to notify Charlie’s / Draft Horse in writing within (15) days of the date of the statement or invoice of any discrepancy in billing.
• If account is not fully paid in full as agreed and legal recourse is required, client agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection plus a reasonable attorney fee, whether or not a suit is filed, appellate costs, and attorneys’ fees and any costs and fees in collection of any judgment and post judgment interest at the rate of 18% annum.
• Any and all warranties become null and void due to non-payment of invoice.
• This application sets forth the credit terms and no other representation of Charlie’s / Draft Horse shall be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Charlie’s / Draft Horse.
